Terms of Service

Last updated June 8, 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms are an agreement between you and Practical Systems (operated by Wes Sander), the provider of Revenue Leak Autopilot.

2. The service

The service helps local service businesses recover revenue lost to missed calls, slow lead response, stale quotes, no-shows, unpaid invoices, and missing review requests.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Plans are Starter ($99/mo) and Pro ($299/mo). New accounts include a free trial (length set per environment; it may be zero). Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with advance notice.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send messages without consent, to spam, or for anything deceptive, harassing, unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, or infringing. Do not probe, attack, or resell the service without permission.

6. Your customers, consent, and compliance

You represent that you have the necessary consent (including under the TCPA and CAN-SPAM) to contact the people you message, that you will honor STOP/unsubscribe requests, and that you will comply with our SMS Policy and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you send.

7. Your data

You own your data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to operate the service for you.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (Clerk, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Neon, Vercel). We are not responsible for their acts or outages.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or that it will produce any particular amount of recovered revenue.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from messages you send.

11. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create risk for the service or others.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted here with an updated date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Practical Systems is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
