Who we are

Revenue Leak Autopilot is a product of Practical Systems, operated by Wes Sander. This policy covers the application at app.leakautopilot.com. Questions? Email support@leakautopilot.com.

The two roles in this policy

Subscribers are the businesses that use the product — for their account data we are the controller. Customer contacts are the people a subscriber follows up with; for that data the subscriber is the controller and we act as their processor.

What we collect

• Business profile: your name, email, business details, and billing data (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers).
• Customer-contact data: names, phone numbers, emails, and the job/lead/message details a subscriber enters or imports.
• Usage & technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and server logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use data

To detect revenue leaks, draft follow-up messages, authenticate users, process billing, provide support, measure results, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer-contact data to train external advertising or marketing models.

How we share data

Only with the subprocessors above, with the subscriber who owns the data, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Each subprocessor is bound to use the data solely to provide its service to us.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and then deleted or anonymized, except where we must keep records for legal or tax obligations. Customer-contact data is controlled by the subscriber and is deleted on account termination unless retention is legally required.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location you may access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email support@leakautopilot.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and tenant isolation so each organization can only reach its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here and update the date above; material changes will be communicated to subscribers.
