SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy

Last updated June 8, 2026

Overview

Revenue Leak Autopilot lets a local service business send follow-up text messages to its own customers — after missed calls, on open quotes, for appointments, for payment reminders, and to request reviews. Messages are sent by the business through Twilio.

Consent (opt-in)

Customers receive SMS only after prior express consent. The business collects consent at the point of engagement (a call, web lead, quote, or appointment). Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchase.

Types of messages

Conversational, transactional follow-ups, such as: a reply after a missed call, a nudge on an open quote, an appointment confirmation, an invoice reminder, or a review request.

Message frequency

Frequency varies with your interactions (for example, an open quote, an upcoming appointment, or an outstanding invoice). There is no fixed number of messages.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

How to opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and then no further messages. You can opt back in by replying START or by contacting the business.

How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP, contact the business directly, or email support@leakautopilot.com.

Supported carriers

Delivery is subject to carrier and provider capabilities; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. Subprocessors (such as the SMS provider) handle data only to deliver messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
